I am fairly confident that there were times, when I tended to divert my attention to something else, which perhaps seems more promising, while in the midst of a challenging situation. Well it did work out that way. I did not go as far as delving into multiple books to enhance my comprehension of this mental condition for self-improvement or any specific reason. Instead, I stumbled upon the author on a social media platform, where, surprisingly, the algorithm led me to his reel. His speech resonated with something I intuitively felt to be true, prompting me to discover all of his books, including the one discussed in this writing. The ideas presented in this book moved me to the point where I couldn’t help but cry out loud, captivated by their profound beauty.

Note: Not to claim that this is right or wrong, just a different perspective to look at ADD.

If you have never heard of this book, this is the summary collected on Goodreads:

Scattered Minds:
